Are the entire collections of each supplier listed on your website?

No.  Each brand has so much more to offer – but we can’t carry it all! 
If you know of a particular style from any of our brands,
just let us know and we will try  to get it for you.

Do your products come boxed?

Absolutely. 
Each brand has its own packaging. 
We will then wrap it for you to show you
purchased your accessories from The Jewellery Boutique.

Does the Jewellery Boutique have a catalogue?

No.  What you see is our on-line catalogue. 
Items will change regularly depending on demand.

Caring for your Jewellery

-Avoid spraying hairspray, perfume and makeup directly on your accessories.
-If your Jewellery becomes dirty, place the Jewellery in lukewarm water with a little dishwashing liquid for a few minutes.
-Remove Jewellery and gently pat dry.
-Wait until Jewellery is completely dry and than place in a tightly sealed bag.

Placing an order

How do I use the Shopping Bag?

When you have chosen what you would like to purchase, simply click Shopping bag. You will be directed to a secure site to view your items.

You can choose quantity you would like to purchse at that point.

If you would like to continue shopping, simply click Continue shopping.

If you have finished shopping and are ready for payment please click Go to Payments.

What are my payment options?

We are set up for Paypal.  Just follow the prompts.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes we do.  There will be different shipping charges for these items.

Shipping Information

Is there a postage charge?
Yes.  We will send your order via Express Post within Australia.
  This allows us to track your parcel if necessary. 
Postage charges within Australia will depend on the weight and size of the parcel. 
Within Australia Up to 500grams and small $10 Up to 500grams and large $17 Up to 3kg or large $17 INTERNATIONAL
As a base guide, Postage is usually approx $15.00 extra depending on exactly where the parcel is going.
All Dutys and customs applicable are payable by customer/ client

When will my order arrive?
If the item is in stock it will be sent out to you within a week. 
If not, your order will take up to 6 weeks. 

Please allow enough time for your order
(6 weeks before your function or hair trial will ensure you are not disappointed with a late delivery). 
We will keep you posted on your order status.
