Returns

The Jewellery Boutique understands that buying jewellery on-line is convenient, but sometimes items just don’t suit or fit you! You may return any items bought online. We want your Perfect day to have your Perfect Jewellery aswell.
If you decide to return an item, the cost of Shipping is deducted from your Credit note. All returns must be notified to us by email at sales@thejewelleryboutique.com.au before mailing back. Express post satchels are required for returns due to full tracking facilities.
The Jewellery Boutique shall happily exchange or provide a credit for any item in the range returned except for pierced earrings. Due to regulations, we can not provide any returns of Pierced Earrings unless they are faulty or damaged at the time of receipt. Every item is checked thoroughly before it is packaged and shipped.

Conditions of return for on-line purchases

All returns must be notified to us by email at sales@thejewelleryboutique.com.au within 1 week of purchase before mailing back. You will be given a return reference number with full details of where to mail. Please remember only Express post satchels will be accepted for returns for full tracking facilities. Postage for returned item will be at the customer's expense. All care must be taken when returning item, all packaging and supportive wrapping to protect item from damage must accompany item. This is a condition of return to ensure that there is no damage to the item on their journey to The Jewellery Boutique

If an item has been deemed worn, damaged, not in original packaging, unsellable in any way, then the customer will not be eligible for a return of a credit note or exchange.
Include a copy of your receipt in the package together with your Return Reference number.

We will not accept returns of earrings due to health and safety regulations, unless they have a manufacturing fault.

When returning an item please email us first at sales@thejewelleryboutique.com.au. 
You must provide your details regarding the item being returned
and you will be issued a returns reference number.

Caring for your Jewellery

-Avoid spraying hairspray, perfume and makeup directly on your accessories.

-If your Jewellery becomes dirty, place the Jewellery in lukewarm water with a little dishwashing liquid for a few minutes.

-Remove Jewellery and gently pat dry.

-Wait until Jewellery is completely dry and than place in a tightly sealed bag.
